TOEIC Part 5 practice: incomplete sentences
Part 5 asks you to choose the word or phrase that best completes a sentence, testing grammar and vocabulary. It is the part where practice pays off fastest, and New Practice for TOEIC Test explains every Reading answer so you learn why it is correct.
What Part 5 tests
Each item is a sentence with one word or phrase missing, and you choose from 4 options. Questions usually focus on word forms, verb tenses, prepositions, conjunctions and word meaning.

How to practise Part 5 in the app
- Practise Part 5 on its own without taking a full test.
- Read the explanation after each question and note the rule.
- Questions you miss are scheduled for review with spaced repetition.
